Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Pho Trading Limited has applied to South Gloucestershire Council on 8 September 2026 to vary the premises licence in respect of Pho, R1, The Mall Upper Level, Cribbs Causeway Regional Shopping Centre, Patchway, South Gloucestershire, BS34 5DG.

The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted with the application; and remove the existing annex 2 conditions and replace with the operating schedule submitted with the application.

There are to be no other changes to the licence in terms of hours or activities. A record of this application is held by South Gloucestershire Council and will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours or viewed at www.southglos.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so by 6 October 2026. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD or emailed to licensing@southglos.gov.uk.
