What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Vue Entertainment Limited in respect of Premises known as Vue Cinema, The O2 Centre, 255 Finchley Road, London, NW3 6LU applied to London Borough of Camden for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the hours for the showing of films, sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the opening hours of the premises to 24 hours per day each day; to permit late night refreshment from 2300 to 0500 each day and to delete all annex 2 and annex 3 conditions and replace them with those conditions included in this application.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE, or online at www.camden.gov.uk or e-mail to licensing@camden.gov.uk no later than 29th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.camden.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
