Notice is hereby given that Candice Jackson has applied for a premises Licence to Cornwall Council in relation to The Jazz Kitchen cafe, Unit 7-10 Shopping Centre, 10 The Strand, Bude EX23 8QT to permit the provision of the following Licensable activities. Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Monday to Sunday 12.00 hrs - 22.00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.cornwall.gov.uk
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR or by email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk
Such written representation must be recieved by 07/010/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
