NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT LONDON MUSEUM LIMITED has applied to City of London on 02 September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at London Museum, Smithfield, London, EC1A 9PS for the provision of regulated entertainment (Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance, Plays, Films), and the sale by retail of alcohol from 00:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: City of London Licensing Authority, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ to be received by no later than 30 September 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
