Notice is given that GG 14 Ltd, has applied to the City of Westminster for the grant of a SHADOW Premises Licence at Basement, 9 Swallow Street, London, W1B 4DF to: 1. Permit the performance of dance, live music, playing of recorded music, anything similar to dance, recorded or live music from 09:00 to 03:00 daily. 2. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 03:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 22:30 Sunday. 3. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment from 23:00 to 03:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 03:00 Sunday. 4. Permit the premises to be open to the public from 09:00 to 03:30 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 03:00 Sunday. 5. To allow for extended hours for licensable activities on notable days as applied. 6. To allow private entertainment consisting of dancing, music or other entertainment of a like kind for consideration and with a view to profit unrestricted. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 29th September 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP.The public register can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link.The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above and will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
