Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that RG Mayfair Holdings Limited has applied to City of Westminster for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Hotel, 65 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9ED. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. The Sale and Supply of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) from 08:00 hours to 03:00 hours Monday to Sunday. 2. The Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Live and Recorded Music from 23:00 hours 03:00 hours (Indoors Only). 3. The Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to 03:00 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors and Outdoors) 4. The Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Films 24 hours a day for hotel residents and their bona fide guests. 5. The Sale and Supply of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment 24 hours a day for hotel residents and their bona fide guests. 6.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP no later than 29th September 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
