Notice is hereby given that: Mr Jeremy Louis Joseph has applied to Westminster City Council for a renewal of a sex establishment licence as a Sexual Entertainment Venue for the premises: Heaven, The Arches, Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NG. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Service, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk WITHIN FOUR WEEKS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, specifying the grounds of their opposition. The City Council will not reveal the names of the objectors without their consent. Anyone requiring further advice or information should contact the Licensing Service on 020 7641 6500. Persons objecting to the renewal of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a committee of the Council.
This notice must be completed and on the same day that the application is made must be exhibited in a conspicuous part of the premises where it can be easily read by persons in the street. The notice must be continuously exhibited for not less than 21 days.
