Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Spruce Café Group Limited has applied to the London Borough of Wandsworth Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Spruce, 140 St John’s Hill, London, SW11 1SL. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Live music (indoors) – 17:00 until 22:00 Monday to Sunday; 2. Recorded music (indoors) – 07:00 until 00:00 Monday to Sunday; Late Night Refreshment (indoors) – 23:00 until 00:00 Monday to Sunday; 4. The sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) – 10:00 until 00:00 Monday to Sunday; 5. Opening hours – 07:00 until 00:30 Monday to Sunday; 6. Additional hours for all licensable activities and opening hours on New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day. Full details can be viewed upon the application form lodged with the Licensing Authority.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 1 October 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk
