Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises.
SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES ONLY. MONDAY TO SUNDAY: 06:00-22:00 (SEVEN DAYS A WEEK).
