Late night refreshment - Monday to Thursday 23:00pm to 00:30am, Friday and Saturday 23:00pm to 03:30am
Hours open to the public - Monday to Thursday 12 noon to 00:30am, Friday and Saturday 12 noon to 03:30am, Days preceeding bank holidays and Christmas Eve/ Boxing Day/ New Years Day as per Friday/ Saturday hours.

The application may be inspected by appointment at East Herts District Council Offices, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, SG13 8EQ between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may make representations in writing to East Herts Council by 1st October 2026.

This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
