NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Warrington Borough Council for the variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Cheshire Truffle, 5 The Cross, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 0HR.
The variation seeks to extend the permitted hours for the sale and supply of alcohol on Wednesdays until 10.00pm, with the premises closing at 10.30pm, and to permit the sale and supply of alcohol on Bank Holidays and throughout the Christmas and New Year period, including Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day subject to the existing Premises Licence conditions.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at Warrington Borough Council, 1 Times Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT by no later than 28 days from the date of publication of this notice. The application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
