We, AKT Establishments Ltd, 15 Bridge Street, Hereford, HR4 9DF hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council For a Variation of a licence to operate a premises at The Tipsy Kat, 15 Bridge Street, Hereford, HR4 9DF on/from which the following licensable activities are proposed (and during the hours shown – indoors/outdoors):-

08:00-01:00, Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays.

The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at

Plough Lane, Hereford. HR4 0LE Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY by emailing licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk or calling 01432 261761 to request a copy or view a summary of the application on our website https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/business/current-premises-licence-applications/

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section before the end of 23 September 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
