What is proposed?
I/We Plumbing By Design LTD give notice that I/We have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Gentlemen’s Lounge, Unit 11 Woods Browning Industrial Estate, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 1DQ.
The application is to change the opening days and hours of the premises to every day 09:00–23:30; to change the hours for the sale of alcohol to every day 11:00–23:00 and to increase the maximum permitted capacity of the premises from 50 persons to 75 persons.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or by email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 8 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
