Notice is hereby given that 54-60 Paragon Street has applied to Hull City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: 54-60 Paragon Street Hull HU1 3PP

The application is for the provision of late-night refreshment, Monday to Sunday between 23:00 and 04:00.
The proposed opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 04:00.

The application was given to Hull City Council on 7 September 2026.

The application may be inspected at Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address, or by email to Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk, no later than 5 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence is unlimited.
