NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that The Real Outdoor Xperience Ltd has applied to Cotswold District Council to vary the Premises Licence for Lake 12, Spine Road East, South Cerney, Gloucestershire GL7 5TL.
The variation seeks to extend the licensed premises, permit on and off sales of alcohol, and alter the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol to 21:30 on Monday – Wednesday; 23:00 on Thursday – Saturday; 21:30 on Sundays.
The application may be inspected by contacting Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester GL7 1PX or at www.cotswold.gov.uk.
Representations must be made in writing to Cotswold District Council at the above address by 25 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person may be liable on summary conviction to a fine.
