Notice is hereby given that Panimer Imports Ltd. has applied to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for the GRANT of sale of alcohol (off sales) for the premises Storage Mart, 191 Vale Rd, Tonbridge TN9 1SU Monday to Sunday 06:00 – 22:00 Any person wishing to submit representations about the proposals should make them in writing to: Licensing Services, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ or by email to licensing.services@tmbc.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 5th October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
