What is proposed?

We, Star Pubs Trading Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Hart District Council for a major variation to the Premises Licence at The Windmill Ph, Church Lane, Ewshot, Farnham, GU10 5BJ.
The application is to:- 1. Extend the start time for the sale of alcohol to 10:00 daily and the terminal hour on Monday to Saturday to 00:00, and on Sunday to 23:00. 2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open from 08:00 daily and to close on Monday to Saturday at 00:30 and on Sunday at 23:30. 3. Remove all existing Annex 2 conditions and Annex 4 – Embedded Restrictions pertaining to the converted licence. 4. Add a new non-standard timing for the existing licensable activities and opening hours as detailed within the variation.
Anyone wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Officer, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, London Road, Basingstoke Hampshire, RG21 4AH or by email to hartlicensing@basingstoke.gov.uk not later than 7 October 2026 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. Dated: 10 September 2026
