Licensing Application - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Heathfield and
Waldron RFC to the Licensing Authority for
Wealden District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence at Heathfield and Waldron
Rugby Football Club, Hardy Roberts Recreation
Fields, Cross in Hand Road, Cross in Hand, TN21
0SN. The application is for the following Licensable
Activities: Sale of Alcohol for consumption On and
Off the Premises Regulated Entertainment Late
Night Refreshment.
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to Licensing
Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea,
East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email

gov.uk not later than 29th September 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be
considered. Details of the above application may
be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council
Offices or at

www.rother.gov.uk.
