What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Church Green Hotel, Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington WA13 0AP.
The variation proposed is as follows:- 1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with drawing number 2594-501 dated 20.08.26 which accompanies the variation. 2. Amend the standard and non-standard opening hours timings to 08:00.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Warrington Borough Council Licensing Authority, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH www.warrington.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Warrington Borough Council Licensing Authority on 27 August 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to Warrington Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 24 September 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
