Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 5th October 2026.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
