LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Baba Burgerz Prescot, 66 Eccleston Street, Prescot, L34 5QL.

Notice is hereby given that Insert Licence Holder has applied to Knowsley Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Licensable Activities: Late night refreshment Proposed Hours: Monday - Sunday, 23:00 - 00:00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Service, 2nd Floor, Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Huyton, L36 9FB. Representations must be received no later than (30th September 2026). The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or on the Local Authority website: www. knowsley.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
