Notice is given that Joseph Ryan applied to Hackney Council to Vary The Premises Licence at: Howl At The Moon, 178 Hoxton Street, London, N1 5LH, in order to make the following Variation to the Licence: To Remove Conditions 9, 10, 14, 28, 29, 30 And 31 And Replace Them With: 1. Glassware: After 20:00 Hours, No Drinks Shall Be Taken Outside The Premises In Glass Containers. Any Drinks Taken Outside After 20:00 Hours Shall Be Served In Plastic Or Polycarbonate Drinking Vessels. 2. Street Furniture: All Tables, Benches And Other Street Furniture Associated With The Premises Shall Be Removed From Stanway Street No Later Than 22:00 Hours, In Accordance With The Premises' Shop Front Trading Licence. 3. External Area After 22:00: Following The Removal Of The Street Furniture At 22:00 Hours, No More Than 30 Patrons Shall Be Permitted Outside The Premises On Stanway Street At Any One Time.

Details are also available online at: www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by The Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 29 September 2026. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on Licensing Objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
