APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Jack Stewart Lister (Cockermouth Craft Beer) has applied to Cumberland Council for a Premises Licence for 46 Market Place, Cockermouth, CA13 9NG for the sale/supply of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: Daily - 12:00 to 23:00, New Years Eve - 12:00 to 24:00. The proposed operating hours are: Monday -Closed, Tuesday - Closed, Wednesday - Closed, Thursday - 16:00 to 22:30, Friday - 16:00 to 22:30, Saturday - 14:00 to 22:30, Sunday - 12:00 to 19:30.
These hours are subject to change. Any person wishing to make relevant representations on this application may do so in writing by not later than 2nd October 2026.
