NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Social Brew Co Ltd has applied to North Tyneside Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of:
THE LIVING ROOM 20 STATION ROAD WHITLEY BAY NE26 2RD
The application seeks authority for:
• the exhibition of films indoors, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 23:00;
• the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 23:00; and
• on New Year's Eve, the sale of alcohol and opening of the premises until 01:00.
Inspection of the application. The licensing register and record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Section, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, or via www. northtyneside.gov.uk (search for 'Current alcohol and entertainment applications').
Representations. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Section at the address above or by email to liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk, and received no later than 25 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
