Notice is hereby given that We, Conelab Group Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as CONELAB 36 THE RIVERWALK DURHAM DH1 4SL for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Recorded Music Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 12:00 - 03:00, Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 - 02:00, Sunday 12:00 - 01:00. Late Night Refreshment Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 03:00, Tuesday and Thursday 23:00 - 02:00, Sunday 12:00 - 01:00 Both Indoors. Supply of Alcohol Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 02:00, Sunday 12:00 - 01:00 On Sales Only.

The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 30th September 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley DH8 1HG. Alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
