What is proposed?
LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (NI) ORDER 1985 ARTICLE 3 AND SCHEDULE 1 APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF AN ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that I, Hilary Maguire of 347 Sligo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 9FH have made application to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council for the renewal of an Entertainment Licence, in accordance with the above Order, authorising the provision of the following Entertainment i.e. singing, dancing, pool and darts at Half Way Inn, 347 Sligo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 9FH. Days and times applied for: Mon.-Sat. 11.30am to 1.30am, Sun. 12 noon to 12.30 midnight.
Any person wishing to make any representation in relation to this application shall give notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of application.
