LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (NI) ORDER 1985 ARTICLE 3 and SCHEDULE 1 APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF AN ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that we, James and Bridie Gormley of The Black Cat Cove, 28 Main Street, Belleek, BT93 3FX has made application to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council for the renewal of an Entertainment Licence, in accordance with the above Order, authorising the provision of the following Entertainment i.e .: - music, singing, dancing at The Black Cat Cove, 28 Main Street, Belleek, BT93 3FX. Days and times applied for Mon - Sat 11am to 1.30am, Sun 12 Noon to 12.30am.
Any person wishing to make any representation in relation to this application shall give notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of application.
