NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 1ST September 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to Bristol City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express, Commercial Unit 2.1, Ground Floor, Twine House, Redcliffe Quarter, Redcliffe Street, Bristol BS1 6ZB.
The proposed licensable activities are ;-
1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.
2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 05.00
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol BS1 9LN or via email licensing@bristolgov.uk no later than the 29th September 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at 100 Temple Street, Bristol BSI 6AG between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10am and 5pm or on the Council's website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
