LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Daytona Milton Keynes Ltd, has applied to the Licencing Authority at: Milton Keynes City Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:
Daytona Milton Keynes, Rooksley, Milton Keynes MK13 8NP.
The proposed variations to the licence are as follows:
1.The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises to 10:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday
2.To alter the internal layout of the sale and consumption of alcohol on the premises in accordance with the plan deposited with the application.
The full application register can be inspected at the office of the Licencing Authority at Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Centre,1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ. Or online at Milton Keynes City Council
Any Responsible Authority or Other Person wishing to make representations to this application must do so in writing to the Licencing Authority at the physical address or via email to

Eleanor.Coffey@milton-keynes.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than midnight om 29th September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in the connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
