LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that WH Smith Travel Holdings Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council in respect of WH Smith, New Street Station, Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham, B2 4PX for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
To extend the permitted opening hours and hours for the sale of alcohol as follows;
Monday to Sunday from 07:00h until 22:00h (current permission Monday to Friday 07:00h until 21:00h, Saturday 07:30 until 21:00h and Sunday from 10:30h until 21:00h).
All other currently permitted hours and operating conditions are to remain unchanged.

Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement PO Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be made in writing by the end of 5th October 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
