What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Applicant: MB Games Wrexham Ltd

Premises: Unit B5, Eagles Meadow, Wrexham, LL13 8DG

Application proposes the following:

To permit the sale of alcohol from 10:00 to 22:30 hrs Sunday to Saturday.

The Licensing Register can be inspected during normal business hours at the address noted below. Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding this application can be made to Wrexham County Borough Council, Planning & Regulatory, Licensing Section, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY. This must be received in writing by the 2nd October 2026, clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
