NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Limning Authority of TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCOL for a premises licence by Mr Sooraj Singh Sachdev. Details of the application are as foam Sale of Retail alcohol Sunday — Thursday: 07:00 — 23:00, Friday — Saturday 07:00 — 0000.

A copy of the application may be inspected between 09:00 & 16:00 Monday to Friday at the address shown below.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit them in writing to the licensing Section, Tandridge District Council, Station Road East, Oxted, RI-18 OBT or licensingtanchidge.gov.uk by not later than 23rd September 2026 stating the grounds on which the representation is made.

Please note that it is an offence under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a pencil is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
