The application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority (at the below address) by appointment and is on the website www.wirral.gov.uk/la Any person wishing to make relevant representations regarding this application must write to Licensing, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED, or by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk by 25/9/26. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
