Notice is hereby given that SPN Retail Limited has applied to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY to Vary the Premises Licence at Yarnton Way Stores, 202–206 Yarnton Way, Erith, DA18 4AX. The Variation Is To Update The Internal Layout Plan, Remove Annex 3 Condition 2 (Individual Container UV/Unit Marking), And Remove Annex 3 Condition 9(A) (Requiring Under 10% ABV Mixed Drinks Behind The Counter). No Changes Are Made To Hours Or Licensable Activities.
The application register can be viewed at: www.bexley.gov.uk, or at: Licensing Partnership, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1HG. Any representations must be made in writing to: The Licensing Authority, at the Sevenoaks address above or via email to: licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk, no later than 06/10/2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable by an unlimited fine.
