LICENSING ACT 2003

Sarah Roberts is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises situated at;
The Shires Larder, 74 Westgate, Grantham, NG31 6LA

The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol, for consumption off premises
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am till 7pm
New premises licence

Applications may be inspected at the relevant Council office during normal office hours.
Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to Licensing, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherines Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or by email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk, by
Consultation period will end on 5th October 2026

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
