APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (UNDER SECTION 17)

Notice is hereby given that Crafty Devil Cellar Ltd has applied for a Premises Licence in respect of: Crafty Devil Cellar 16 Llandaff Road Canton Cardiff CF11 9NJ

The application is for the following licensable activities:

1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 23:00
New Year's Eve: 10:00 to 01:00

2. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music (indoors):
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 22:00
New Year's Eve: 10:00 to 00:30

The Licensing Register may be inspected at: Cardiff Council Licensing Enterprise House 127 to 129 Bute Street Cardiff CF10 5LE
between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via email at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 25 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
