NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT The Rhone Wine
Company has applied to Buckinghamshire Council
on 28 August 2026 for the grant of a premises
licence to use the premises at Rhone Wines, Barn
at Floyds Farm House, Mill Lane, Wingrave,
Aylesbury, HP22 4PL for the sale by retail of
alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday
to Sunday 08:00-18:00, as more particularly set
out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to:
licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk
or
write to: Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire
Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road,
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF to be
received by no later than 25 September 2026
stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website
buckinghamshire.gov.uk or by appointment at the
Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
