Mr Gumam Singh Madan is applying for a new premises licence at: Yoyo Master Chef, 1 Peny Way, St Marks Place, Farnham GU9 0EY.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat an application has been made to the Licensing Authority of WAVERLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL under the Licensing Ac 2003.
Details of the applicationare as follows: The Sale By Retail of Alcohol (On Sales): Sunday - Thursday: 11:00- 23:00, Friday - Saturcfay: 11:00 - 00:00, Late Night refreshment: Friday - Saturday: 23:00 -00:00.
A copy of the applirntion may be inspected during nomial office hours at die address shown below or at www.waver!ey.gov.uk/publicregister
A Responsible Authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing Section, Waverley Borough Council,Council Offices,The Burys, Godalming, Surrey GU7 !HR by not later than 30/09/2026 stating the grounds on which the representation is made. Written representations may also be made by e-mail to: licensing@waverley.gov.uk Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection wid1 an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
