What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Warriors and Witches Ltd has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: Fairview Orchard, Bere Regis, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7NP

The application relates to the Warriors and Witches Festival, taking place from 16th October to 18th October 2026.

LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES

Boxing or Wrestling Entertainment (Martial Arts) Live Music Recorded Music Performance of Dance Late Night Refreshment Supply of Alcohol for Consumption on the Premises Opening Hours Friday: 10:00hrs - 23:30hrs Saturday: 09:00hrs - 23:30hrs Sunday: 09:00hrs - 22:30hrs. The last date for representations is 17 September 2026.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours via email or phone on 01305 838028.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
