NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Battery Way, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 3RE. The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59am Monday to Sunday. A register of licensing applications can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team at licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or online by visiting their website www.birmingham.gov.uk
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to Birmingham City Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ or by email no later than 25 September 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
