What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Butcombe Brewery Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bath & North East Somerset Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Pig & Fiddle at 2 Saracen Street, Bath, Somerset, BA1 5BR. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to alter the approved layout of the premises to include an external bar servery as shown on the plans deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To bring forward the commencement hour for sale of alcohol and opening hour on Sundays to 11:00 hours. 3. To alter and change conditions on the Premises Licence as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. Date by which Interested Parties and Responsible Authorities may make representations: 1st October 2026. Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at: www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.

All representation regarding this application must be in writing and sent to Bath & North East Somerset Council, Licensing Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath. BA1 1JG or emailed to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
