Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Halton Borough Council in respect of Wellington, Prescot Road, Ditton, Widnes, WA8 7PD for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 2669-501). The change consists of a full refurbishment project with minor alterations to fixed seating and joinery and to also include permitting the use of the external area for licensable activity.
All permitted hours, licensable activities and all other conditions currently operated by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. If you wish to inspect the application or make representations, email legalservices@halton.gov.uk or post to Licensing, Halton Council, Municipal Building, Kingsway, Widnes WA8 7QF by the end of 2nd October 2026.
