What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Variation under Section 34 Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Aberrant Group Limited t/a McDonalds Restaurants have applied to North Warwickshire Borough Council on 28th August 2026 for a Full Variation to Premises Licence for McDonalds Restaurant, London Road, Bassetts Pole, Tamworth, B75 5SA.

The variation application is to remove the Drive-Thru only restriction during the late-night refreshment hours enabling the restaurant to remain open to customers 24/7 and to replace all the conditions under Annex 2 (Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule) with conditions consistent with the new operating schedule.

NOTE: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
