Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in
respect of Seale Arms, 10 Victoria
Road, Dartmouth, TQ6 9SA for an
application to vary the premises
licence under the Licensing Act
2003 to permit the following: This
is an application to vary the layout
and design of the premises in
accordance with the submitted plan
(drawing no 26:147/15), which
reflects a full refurbishment project
which removes the commercial
kitchen and creates a new trading
area. To also remove condition
under live music – (to be restricted
to 15 occasions in any one calendar
year).

email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk. Representations must be received
NO LATER than 5 October 2026.

viewed at the Licensing Authority’s
address by appointment during
normal office hours.

Persons will be liable on summary
conviction to an unlimited fine.
