TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We, Fresh Point Retail LTD, do hereby serve notice on 21st of August 2026 that it is our intention to apply to Lewes District Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Fresh Point International Grocery, 3 Clinton Place, Seaford BN25 1NL for the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (07:00-23:00). Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@leweseastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team 6 High Street, Lewes BN7 2AD no later than midnight on 18th of September 2026. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
