What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Salford City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Boundary Stone at Bridgewater Road, Moseley Common, Greater Manchester, M28 1AD.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.

2. To enhance Retail Sale of Alcohol on Friday and Saturday between 10:00 and 01:00 hours and amend non standard timings.

3. To permit regulated entertainment (Recorded/Live Music and Films) externally, and to permit Indoor Sporting Events between 10:00 and 23:00 hours Monday to Thursday, 10:00 and 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday and 11:00 and 23:00 hours Sunday.

4. To amend Annex 2 Conditions – Public Nuisance and Child Protection.

5. To delete Annex 2 and 3 conditions.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Salford City Council, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AW.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25th September 2026 (www.salford.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
