Address of premises: 1 CHURCH STREET, ASHBOURNE, DERBYSHIRE, Postcode: DE6 1AE

It is proposed to vary the above premises under the Licensing Act 2003 to:
TO VARY THE PREMISES LICENSE TO PERMIT THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN THE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES AND TO AMEND THE LICENSED PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

PROPOSED TIMES FOR OUTSIDE AREA:
MONDAY TO SUNDAY 12:00PM UNTIL 10:00PM
THESE HOURS ARE APPLICABLE FROM THE MONTHS OF APRIL THROUGH TO OCTOBER.

IN THE WINTER MONTHS (OCTOBER TO END OF MARCH) WE PROPOSE FINISH TIMES EXTERNALLY TO BE REDUCED TO 8:00PM.
