NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kensington RG Limited has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on 3 September 2026 to vary the premises licence at Fifth to Eighth Floor, 99 Kensington High Street London W8 5SA so as to vary the authorised capacity limit for the premises by amending the wording of condition 14, removing condition 54, and amending the hours for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment (live and recorded music) and latenight refreshment for the 7th floor so they match the 5th and 6th floors, as more particularly set out in the application.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at www.rbkc.gov.uk/ licensing or at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by no later than 1 October 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is unlimited.
