Notice is given that St Elvan’s Community Heritage Trust has applied to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003
The Licensable activities are proposals to sell alcohol by retail from Spires coffee shop, daily from 10:00 to 23:00, during opening hours
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY
Representations must be received no later than 29 / 09 / 2026
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
