Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Service Manager of Public Protection & Integrated Enforcement Division, 4th Floor Tower Hamlets Town Hall 160 Whitechapel Road London E1 1BJ WITHIN THREE WEEKS specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council.
